Mini-Marathon Race Day Hydration

During your race you should consume about 6-8 oz every 20 minutes of exercise. Every now and again drink 6-8 oz of gatorade. If you are not use to drinking gatorade you may not want to experiment with drinking gatorade on race day. Either way keep the body hydrated!
