TARGETED RECOVERY & RELIEF
Just a quick spin of the Therawheel changes the WIDTH which ALTERS intensity for muscle recovery & relief techniques. Simply roll, glide or press the wedge shaped wheel on tight muscles or use like a lacrosse ball for pin & stretch techniques for targeted relief. A common complaint among foam roller users is foam rollers cannot isolate or get deep enough into the restricted muscles.
Our concave wheel design creates subtle ridges for focal release that surrounds the muscles for targeted relief to restricted tissue. For deeper penetration into the congested muscles use the thinner part of the Therawheel Ultra. Conversely, if less intensity is desired use the wider surface. For larger muscles like the lower back, quadriceps and piriformis try Therawheel Core.
For targeted tennis elbow recovery try our new TPX. Use the broad surface, round tip or flat tip for mobility techniques for relief and recovery. The TPX is excellent for tight wrist, elbow, shoulder and neck muscles that may contribute to tennis elbow.
For achilles, plantar fascia or shin splint relief try our new TheraDisc. Similar to instruments physical therapists use for recovery, Theradisc is a simple solution at a fraction of the cost. User can easily perform self-gliding techniques of the calf and foot muscles. Additionally, it can be used for pin & stretch techniques.

The wheel diameter and tapered design provides precise instability critical for maximum activation. For advanced users the narrow Therawheel Ultra demands users recruit & engage hip, abdominal, back and leg muscles simultaneously by altering balance & intensity for maximum core stability, and upper & lower body strength.
Perform advance body weight exercises with targeted instability for optimal benefits. A tapered wheel with longer handles easily integrate with planks, pushups, squats, lunges, bridges and abdominal exercises translating to peak performance. The double wheel Therawheel Core is excellent for beginners.
Muscles achieve maximum activation potential when they are mobile. Following trigger point techniques muscle activation is maximized by recruiting more muscle fibers for performance and recovery.

The Therawheel design seems rather simple and familiar, however it's size and shape are critical nuances making it ideal for both muscle performance & recovery. Much like a foam roller is used for both rolling muscles and exercise, our tapered wheel design was created as a targeted alternative to the bulky, superficial and cylindrical products.
The 4.5" wheel diameter was selected due to the comfortable and deeper pressure into the muscle fibers which translates to efficient recovery. The narrow wheel provides another level of difficulty for exercises, unlike other wider products used for performance and training.
